Doug Knutson and Dave “Bowrider” Desmarais fished Snafu Lake this past weekend. The weather was great (with the exception of the 3 minute hail
shower) and the pike fishing was steady. The two of us in our fishing kayaks, Doug in his Ocean Kayak Prowler Trident 16 and Dave in his
Wilderness Systems Tarpon 140, fished the lake hard and had just a bluebird day. Doug threw his 5 of diamonds all day while Dave used the #5 Blue Fox
Vibrax spinner (aka the bluebell).
