Fly Fishing Yukon’s Kathleen River for Lake Trout

March 17, 2010 at 4:54 am

Some video and photos I finally pulled together from a trip a few years ago. We left Whitehorse at 5:30am, ran into bugling Elk along the way and were fishing by sunrise.  The water was high but we were able to catch a couple of nice lakers. If I recall the fly of choice that trip was a teeny nymph.

Nice video Dennis…love the views from that area. I look forward to the summer and getting another ride out on the front of the Big Game.
