Dirty Loser Anglers

I was fishing at Hidden #1 the other day and came across a mess of fresh garbage left by some anglers. I know most of us pack out what we bring and some even pick up more garbage on the way out. What angers me about this mess was it was all freshly purchased gear in two bags. They must have spent $50-75 that day picking out all kinds of spinners and small lures for casting into the lake. The promptly walked with the bags to the lake, took all of the lures out of their packaging and left it all scattered on the ground (with a couple of beer bottles and a cigarette pack).

My thinking is that these are new anglers, given they had to buy all of this gear. I am big on new people trying to fish, but please be responsible! 

My only hope is that they were as big of losers at fishing as they were at packing out their stuff. Maybe karma kicked in and not a Rainbow took their line, they left frustrated and won’t return.
